CarePlace is the London Borough of Hounslow’s online Adult Social Care directory. Use it to find information on your care and support options, work, money, health & wellbeing, carer support, safeguarding and more.

CarePlace also hosts Autonomy, a platform that enables you to start a Needs Assessment or a Carers Needs Assessment online, at home, in your own time and submit it directly and confidentially to Adult Social Care.

Hounslow Connect is an online community solution providing information and guidance whilst connecting residents to local services and support.
